Insurance Coverage & Expense Reimbursement

Services to assist insureds when a Workplace Violence Event occurs:

• Crisis Management Consultant for up to 90-days that will guide you through the necessary steps to properly respond to a violent event
• Public Relations Consultant for up to 90-days to guide you in managing the communications lifecycle following a violent event
• Mental Health Counseling provided to insured persons and guests for up to 90-days following a violent event
• Security Guard Services for up to 15-days to provide protection of the insured’s premises and employees’ privacy following a violent event

Additional Coverages Include:

• Business Interruption Coverage (excess coverage) for the loss of income that results from a violent event
• Bio-Hazard Clean-Up Expenses to clean-up bodily fluids and other residual chemicals left on the premises by emergency responders
• Burial Expenses incurred to bury insured persons and guests that pass away during or as the result of a violent event
• Rewards Expense for information leading to the detection, arrest and conviction of a perpetrator(s) not apprehended during a violent event
• Extra Expense to rent or lease a temporary location and to hire temporary employees needed to continue operations
• Travel Expense incurred to reunite a spouse, parent or child with an insured person or guest that suffered serious bodily injury during a violent event
